My Mom was Instagram before Instagram. She always had a camera in her hand. I thought that taking photographs was super normal, not realizing the path I was creating for myself.

Born and raised in Toronto and of Caribbean (Trinidad/Guyana) descent. I am based in South Florida and travel on assignment . I am a photographer, videographer, and Part 107 Drone Pilot. I am a Getty Certified Contributor with over 10 years of professional photography experience, I fell in love with love photographing runway fashion models at NYFW, food, solo travelers for Airbnb, Food Network TV, Food Network Chefs, Celebrities, and Drone shots are my latest obsession. I've been featured in numerous magazines and online publications. I am a hybrid shooter which means I shoot both digital and film.
I started taking photos as a teenager, carrying my Canon Power Shot and film camera around the world to capture all of the beauty around me. I have maintained that same sense of wonder into my professional career, pouring that love and passion into my editorial, film/tv, events, aerial drone, and portraiture work. My passion for architecture, interior design, and travel are strong sources of my love of beauty and my connection to the senses. All of which feed my soul and give me the ability to powerfully manifest what's inside of me and bring my ideas to life. My photographic style incorporates angles, shadows, flashes, and natural lighting with my subjects with my SONY camera gear.
Besides traditional posed portraits, I believe in candid natural shots, not posey posey. My editorial photography style conveys the way it felt to be there, in the moment, with lots of caught-off-guard personalities, as well as creative portraiture and of course, emotion.
I celebrate and amplify diverse storytelling in a culture-driven, comfortable, curated, and communal setting. I shoot all things melanin and focus on black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) branding. I have always pushed for inclusion and diversity in my photography with multicultural models of color, black entrepreneurs, everyday people who jet set and travel, and black business owners, by supporting their progress and perseverance in trying to achieve their dreams and, more importantly, black excellence.
